Founder of 2 businesses, an influencer agency “Efluenz” (Exit) and Quyet, an interior product & platform dedicated to reducing screen and social media time.
I’ve published my first book “Workaholics” in 2024 on entrepreneurship and mental health. My second book “Scrollaholics” on screen & social media addiction is available in pre-order (Nov. 2025).
